Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking & Pooja Services

  • All bookings are final. No changes, postponements, or cancellations are allowed once confirmed—no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  • SSASS reserves the right to cancel any pooja, program, or pooja slot due to reasons beyond our control; no refunds will be issued in such cases.

2. Donations

  • Donations made via www.ssass.org are considered final and non-refundable, except in the event of a technical error (e.g., duplicate transaction or system malfunction).

  • To request a refund due to such errors, please contact us within 7 days of the donation.

3. Refund Request Procedure

  1. Submit your refund request in writing within 7 days of the incident.

  2. Provide:

    • 1. Your full name and contact information

    • 2. Booking or donation transaction details (ID, date, amount)

    • 3. Explanation of the issue (e.g., duplicate charge)

  3. Email your request to: sanganoorayyappan@gmail.com.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • SSASS is not responsible for any bank or transaction fees your bank may apply.

5. Right to Modify Policy

  • SSASS may update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

  • Continued use of www.ssass.org after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
